Landstock Estates is an organisation that specialises in strategic land and planning promotion. Our role is to promote and develop land opportunities through the complexities of the UK Town and Planning system. Our expertise serves to work with local planning authorities in helping landowners promote their land through the system to maximise its eventual open market value. With no two opportunities being the same our flexible approach enables us to assemble a team of specialist consultants with skills specific to what is required for each opportunity. We do not take a one size fits all approach.

They are adept at resolving planning and technical issues in order to secure planning permission and to release land for a variety of developments.
